Sam Sarkis Managing Director	Sam founded Accucom in 1988, is Australian born and grew up in the USA.  His entrepreneurial spirit and engineering skills coupled with a passion for delivering "good old fashioned" service is what has developed Accucom into a solid System Integrator. Besides managing the business Sam is charged with the Solutions Team to develop the right products and services mix to address client's needs. He also constantly provides mentorship and support through his hands on leadership, fostering  staff that wants to deliver to the best of their ability. His reputation for quality, integrity and family values is well known amongst clients, suppliers and competitors alike. Sam is also a co-founder and board member of United IP, a provider of ISP services since 2001 and more recently InfraServe, a distributor of Managed Services.
Natasha Babic Sales & Marketing Manager	Natasha joined the Accucom family in 2007 to head up the sales and marketing team with over 12 years experience in Sales & Marketing of Information Technology. Previously at Acer, Natasha built out their National Telemarketing Division.  At LUL Technology, as a National Business Manager, she managed their Australian and International client/supplier relationships. Having sat on both sides of the fence has provided Natasha immense insight and experience in her current role. Coupled with Natasha's professionalism, dedication and tenacity she has instilled in the Accucom sales team to always provide exceptional service with a personal touch. Tash's commitment to, superior client service and to building long term relationships with clients and suppliers alike, marries perfectly with the integrity and values of the Accucom organisation.
Des Wass Services Manager	Starting out in 1990 working as a junior engineer in cabling and routing has given Des a solid foundation in IT engineering.  Des developed his management and planning skills, as a Program Director for several years, for regional NSW & Victorian radio stations challenging his ability to always deliver the right service on time.  Realising that his real passion was IT, Des turned his focus back to initially providing Linux and Security Consulting, before moving into a Service Management role that now combined both his technical and managerial skills.  In 2008, Des joined Accucom to take over technical services management from Sam.  His primary goal to build out the department's resources and tools to expand Accucom's move into offering full hosting and managed services offerings; ensuring it is scalable.  Des' quiet efficient manner coupled with his excellent people skills ensures our engineering team is happy and well mentored thus keeping their focus is on our clients.

The sales force is a cross section of Business Development Managers, Account Managers and Sales Support staff ensuring we understand your business, forge strong relationships, deliver on time and to your expectation.

The service team is made up of a compliment of highly trained junior & senior System Engineers, Service Desk agents, Project Managers and Service Delivery Managers ensuring we cover all aspects of your needs; whether this is to build, support or maintain your ICT environment.
