Professional Services

Our professional services team specialise in discovery, design, and deployment of IT solutions to suit your needs.  All projects have a defined scope, duration and set of deliverables with a fixed fee for service, making us responsible for the success of your projects.

 

Discovery - Through this phase we get to understand your issues and the business problems you are trying to solve.  This process establishes  an objective baseline from which to design a solution or managed service offering.  We take into account your financial requirements to determine whether purchasing, leasing or bundled services is the right solution.Prof Services Method_20100408132213691.jpg

Design - Leveraging our Solution Architects intellectual capital and the knowledge of our strategic vendors, we draw up the design or managed service based on the outcomes of the discovery phase taking into account budget allocation, business needs, integration into the current environment and ongoing  manageability.  Each design is thoroughly reviewed internally before being presented to you.

Deployment - Through the use of our own methodology combined with best practices we roll out the project to an agreed design and scope of works.  A pilot is typically performed ensuring all requirements have been addressed.  Key success criteria are identified for the pilot and user acceptance testing is performed. Once the pilot is signed off the solution or managed service is brought into production, ensuring minimal disruption to your business. 

Documentation and Training - Accucom encourages as much knowledge transfer as possible with our client's IT staff, thus providing tailored documentation and training options.  This may be formal classroom, web-based or "desk side" training or any combination thereof.

Decommission -Every IT solution has a defined lifecycle.  Using the same approach  to commission a project we decommission a solution, ensuring that the environmental impact is minimal and the correct method of disposal is used.
